We want all of our clients to get the most out of their Salon Appointment! We have compiled some useful info & tips so you have everything you need leading up to your Hair or Beauty appointment. We understand our client's time is valuable, we also need to value our Stylist's time - please take the time to read our Cancellation Policy.
What you need to know about your appointment
Please arrive to your appointment on time, if you are late this will use up part of your service time.

Lash Clients - Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup on, especially mascara or eyeliner!
Upstyles & Styling - Please arrive to your appointment with clean dry hair, ideally washed the day prior.
Curly Hair Haircuts - please arrive with your hair down in its natural state.
Inspiration photos are so helpful & can be a useful tool during your consult.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cutting Edge Boutique has a strict Cancellation Policy & require a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If we receive less than 24hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment or the client doesn't show up at all, the client will be invoiced a Cancellation Fee of 50% of their booked service cost.
